GREATEST TRACKER

This policy explains what information the Greatest Tracker (greatestjchan.com/tracker) collects and how it's used, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Your event preferences (Going / Maybe, visited pins): stored only in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and is never sent to Greatest Studios or anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Interest sign-ups ("I'm interested" on an event): if you use this to flag interest in an event before it's confirmed, we collect your name and email address, and whether you agreed to have your name shown publicly on that event's interest list. This is used only to gauge demand for that specific event and, if you gave your consent, to let us reach out about it.
Photos and videos you submit: if you use the "Send Us Your Pics & Clips" form, we collect your name, social handle (if given), and whatever you upload, per the consent terms shown on that form. This data is stored in Greatest Studios' own Google Drive and may be featured publicly on the tracker, greateststudios.com, and our social media, per the consent you give when submitting.
Google Maps data: this site uses the Google Maps Platform to display event locations. Google collects data from your browser when the map loads (e.g. IP address, general usage data) under its own privacy policy — we don't control this. See Google's Privacy Policy.

2. Why we collect it

Event preferences: to personalise your view of the tracker (what you've marked, what you've seen) — entirely on your device.
Interest sign-ups: to decide whether to move forward with an event, size the venue/ticket batch correctly, and let you know once it's confirmed. Signing up isn't a reservation or a guaranteed spot — it just tells us you'd like to know more.
Photo/video submissions: to feature fan content on the tracker and our social channels, with your consent.
Google Maps: to show event locations on an interactive map.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond what's described above. Interest sign-up names/emails are visible only to Jchan/Greatest Studios (unless you opted to show your name publicly on that event's list) — never sold, shared, or handed to a third party. Google Maps and Google Forms are third-party services with their own data practices, outside our control.

4. How long we keep it

Interest sign-ups are kept until the event they relate to is either confirmed and run, or decided against — after that, the sign-up list for that event is deleted. Photo/video submissions are kept until you ask us to remove them. Local storage data (RSVPs, visited pins) stays on your device until you clear it — we have no way to access or delete this remotely since we never receive it.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to use your submitted photos/videos or your interest sign-up. To do any of this, email jowell@greatestjchan.com.

6. Cookies

This site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Google Maps may set its own cookies when the map loads — see Google's policy linked above for details.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. Check back here for the latest version.
