This covers everything on greatestjchan.com: the main page, Greatest Build Together, the Halloween Carnival site and the events tracker. It's run by Greatest Studios (Jchan), and follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Short version: we count visits so we know what's working, and that's about it.

What we collect

• Visit statistics, through Google Analytics. Which pages you look at, how you found us (say, from Instagram or a Google search), your rough location (country and city), what kind of device and browser you're on, and how long you stay. We use this only to see which events and pages people care about. Google Analytics doesn't store your IP address.
• Anything you choose to send us. If you email us, we have your email and whatever you wrote. The Halloween Carnival sign-up form is a Google Form, so Google handles what you type into it. The tracker's "I'm interested" sign-up keeps your name and email. The tracker's own privacy policy explains exactly how.

That's all. There are no accounts and no payments on this site. Tickets are bought on our ticketing partner's checkout page, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics puts small cookies (_ga) in your browser so it can tell a new visitor from someone coming back. They don't contain your name or contact details. Every page works fine without them. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on.

Content from other sites

Some pages show things loaded from other services: the Twitch live player, the Discord online count, Google Maps on the tracker, and the fonts and icons. When your browser loads them, those services can see your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell or rent your information. Google processes the visit statistics for us, under Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Detailed visit statistics are kept for no more than 14 months, then Google deletes them automatically. Emails are kept only as long as we need them to deal with what you asked about.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Email jowell@greatestjchan.com and we'll sort it out.

If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
